Data Deletion

Dane Studio respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems, including our website, CRM, marketing platforms and AI sales automation tools.

1. What you can request to delete

• Contact details submitted through forms, email or phone calls.
• Booking and calendar data from calls or meetings.
• Website usage data and analytics profiles tied to your identity.
• Marketing and advertising interaction data.
• Client data shared with us under a service engagement.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@danestudio.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following to help us identify and remove your data:

• Your full name and email address.
• The email or phone number you used to contact us.
• Approximate dates of engagement or interaction.
• A brief description of the data you want deleted.

3. Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted or anonymised. In some cases, we may need to retain certain records for legal, tax or regulatory purposes, but we will inform you if this applies to your request.

4. Third-party platforms

Where your data is held by third-party service providers we use (such as advertising platforms, CRM tools or analytics providers), we will forward your deletion request to them where technically possible. Some platforms allow you to request deletion directly through their privacy settings.

5. Limitations

We may be unable to delete data that we are legally required to retain, or data that has been fully anonymised and can no longer be linked to you. We will always notify you if any limitations apply to your request.
